Alexander Besprosvany is new COO Sales

The M3 family is happy to announce the new Chief Operating Officer for Sales: Alexander Besprosvany.
We interviewed him about his journey to M3, his personality and his vision.
Alexander, how did you come to M3?
"Coming from the client side, I have worked closely with various call center service providers throughout my professional life.
One of the most positive experiences I had was with M3 and the owners Daniel and Meik Hüllenhagen. Both on a professional and on an interpersonal level, our cooperation has always worked very well. When I was offered the position as COO by Daniel Hüllenhagen, I didn't have to think twice about whether I would feel well and in the right place with this company."
Which applies most to you: are you innovative, systematic or creative?
"I have learned from very many employee interviews that often creating structures in companies is an important suggestion for improvement.
Therefore, I have made it my personal task to develop and implement suitable processes and structures together with those responsible and, in the end, those who execute them. This often results in exciting discussions between all parties involved, which not only create a new understanding, but also promote creative approaches to solutions. I see myself in the role of a sparring partner who develops new successful paths with his project managers."
How do you motivate your team?
"One of my principles is: You have to like people!
I say this sentence to myself and everyone around me all the time because there is so much truth in it.
For me, a lot of open communication at eye level is the key to motivated employees. Of course, this also includes an open and fair feedback culture. Mistakes are important to learn from and to improve. And only in an environment that allows that can you empower your employees to get a little better every day!"
What is your vision?
"M3 has made it to one of the largest owner-managed customer care service providers in Germany with a lot of ambition, sweat and heart.
My goal is to continue to grow with the group in terms of revenue, number of employees and locations in Germany over the next five years. With my management team, I therefore want to increase both customer and employee satisfaction in order to realize these growth goals."
